Our client, Harris & Company LLP (Harris), is seeking a full-time Director, Administration & Office Services to join their Vancouver team. This is a unique opportunity for an administration leader to shape the delivery of internal services in a dynamic professional services environment.

About the Opportunity
This newly created leadership role reports directly to the firm’s Executive Committee. The Director is responsible for leading key operational functions including administrative support, reception, and office management. The role directly supervises the firm’s legal assistants and paralegals, coordinating pairings, and ensuring their ability to deliver high quality administrative services. The role also oversees the office services function and manages the office facilities. In addition, the role takes a lead role in key organizational initiatives and processes on behalf of the Executive Committee including chairing organizational Committees and executing assigned operational-focused projects.
The opportunity is ideal for an experienced Office Manager or Senior Administrative Services Manager in a professional services, partner-based environment who is ready to step into a broader leadership role.

Salary Range
The annual salary for this role is between $120,000 and $150,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
