Our client, Harris & Company LLP (Harris), is seeking a full-time Director, Human Resources & Talent Development to join their Vancouver team. About the Opportunity
This newly created leadership role reports directly to the firm’s Executive Committee. The Director will lead the strategic and operational delivery of HR services and programs across the firm, with a strong emphasis on talent development and engagement. This includes evolving the firm’s approaches to performance management, learning and development, policy and compliance, internal communications, and Associate recruitment and development.
The opportunity is well-suited to an experienced HR Manager or Senior Manager who is ready to take on broader accountability and play a visible leadership role within the firm.

Salary Range
The annual salary for this role is between $120,000 and $150,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
